A time of good business has come to an end for Dirty D and his crew.
All the links to HOW I GOT RICH should be removed, this to protect your own traffic.
Of course when you support him and think he will come out of this with no harm, keep sending your traffic to him :) But my bet is, there are better sponsors out there who do act like adults and not let themselves be tricked.

A warrant has been issued for Dirty D’s arrest, XBIZ has learned.

When he arrives onto U.S. soil, Florida authorities will charge Dirty D with two counts of the promotion of a sexual performance of a child, two counts of the use of a child in a sexual performance and one count of illegal computer pornography, which refers to the streaming of underage content.

Dirty D, thought to be still abroad by authorities, will be picked up once he enters the country, Kristen Chernosky, a spokeswoman for the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, told XBIZ.

“Prosecutors have had dialogue with his attorney,” Chernosky said.

Dirty D told XBIZ last week that claims made by a woman who says she was underage at the time of a Tampa Bay porn shoot in August 2007 are false.

XBIZ attempted unsuccessfully to reach Dirty D on Thursday after contacting him last week in Barcelona, where he just finished attending the Barcelona Summit.

Dirty D said that the woman, who goes by the porn pseudonym Kelsey Cummings, among others, apparently used a fake ID for productions that involved a sea of men in a gloryhole shoot and a solo scene at a home.

Police already have charged two of Dirty D’s employees — Shawn Chastain and Ryan Jay Holtz — with two counts each of promoting a sexual performance by a child. Both have been released on $20,000 bail.

The woman, according to police reports, said Chastain, Holtz and Dirty D all were aware that she was under 18.

Dirty D denied the allegations by the woman, saying that her statements are “completely false and inflammatory.”

Dirty D operates GloryHoleGirlz.com, GhettoConfessions.com, RealOrgasmVideos.com, GangBangHood.com and AlmostFemale.com, and produces and distributes related DVDs. He also owns affiliate program HowIGotRich.com.

Police were tipped to the case when they received a mailed letter that included photos of the woman in the act of fellatio on the site GloryHolesGirlz.com.

Chernosky said the investigation is continuing and could not provide further details of the case.

Last week, Dirty D said that police served warrants and seized much of his Tampa Bay-based business operations and took cash, videos and 10 terabytes of data.

SECOND UPDATE

Dirty D plans to surrender to Florida authorities next week when he arrives back in the U.S., XBIZ has learned

.

Florida authorities told XBIZ that Dirty D’s attorney has communicated to them that Dirty D is still out of the country, but he will arrive in Florida to face charges.

“We’re not certain what day he will arrive back on U.S. soil, but this is what we’ve been told,” Mike Morrison, a spokesman with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, told XBIZ.

Florida authorities are charging Dirty D with two counts of the promotion of a sexual performance of a child, two counts of the use of a child in a sexual performance and one count of illegal computer pornography, which refers to the streaming of underage content.

A warrant was posted for his arrest last week.

Jenni Dahling, who acts as Dirty D’s spokeswoman, told XBIZ on Thursday that he will indeed turn himself in next week.

“His attorney was able to lift the warrant so he will not be arrested upon entry into the U.S. but will be able to turn himself in upon his return to Tampa,” she said.

Dirty D has tapped St. Petersburg, Fla., attorney A.J. Comparetto to represent him in the case. Comparetto, who was unavailable for comment on Thursday, specializes in entertainment law and Internet litigation, as well as bankruptcy and real estate law.

Dahling said that she will hold a press conference Wednesday to discuss the charges against Dirty D.

Dirty D several weeks ago told XBIZ in an interview that the claims made by a woman who says she was underage at the time of a Tampa Bay porn shoot in August 2007 are false.

He made that statement after XBIZ contacted him in Barcelona, where he just finished attending the Barcelona Summit.

Dahling spoke further on the allegations and told XBIZ on Thursday that the charges filed against Dirty D stemmed from an individual who was out to get him.

“[T]here is a lot of drama created by the person who started all of this — it wasn’t the girl — and it’s becoming apparent to everyone that this person had an agenda that targeted only Dirty D, even though the girl had shot with other producers at the time and actively sought to perform in his videos.

“She admits to lying, using a fake ID and has a police record for other misdemeanors,” she said. “At the time when Dirty D initially found out that this girl may have used a fake ID, he promptly removed her content from the sites and sent a letter to his affiliates telling them to do the same.”

Good Luck D :)
